They don’t read. They’ve just discovered that YA authors write sex scenes and are now going on about evil women sexualising teen boys. Bc it’s always women they complain about. I am now convinced they only interact with G/PG media and are actually traumatised to learn there’s stuff NOT G/PG.

They are speaking from a place of very limited experience, no doubt, and I have to keep reminding myself it’s not abnormal at this stage. But the hurting people with their erroneous beliefs is not okay.

The zoo is free

Go to the National Zoo and look at some lil pandas or lions for free

Every time I visit another city, I’m like, ‘Why does your zoo cost money?’

Come visit Washington DC. Our zoo is free.

And so are all of the Smithsonian museums
